So Much for a Mild Winter

Despite the Ground Hog Day predictions for an early spring, that apparently does not mean any time too soon.  This has been one of the snowiest winters Falmouth has seen in several years.
No worries.  People here have been enjoying our outstanding restaurants, shopping on Main Street, and even braving the elements, especially when the sun comes out. The Shining Sea Bikeway has been kept fairly clear, and trails through Beebe Woods, The Knob, and Long Pond are navigable with a good pair of walking boots.  Historic Highfield Hall has a wide range of offerings, from music to art exhibitions to cooking classes.
As nice as all this is, most people are still hoping for that early spring...
