Woods Hole Film Festival Presents "Letters to Jackie"
Following President Kennedy's assassination on November 22, 1963, Mrs. Kennedy received more than 800,000 letters of condolence from around the world. The film features 20 heartfelt letters, which are read by actors such as Jessica Chastain, Viola Davis, Laura Linney, Channing Tatum, Betty White, and Frances McDormand. It also includes Kennedy home movie footage as well as familiar images and news footage from the years the Kennedy White House years.

The JFK Museum in Hyannis has a special exhibit this year entitled "“Cape Cod: The Summer of 1963 to November 22, 1963 – Days of joy. Days of sorrow”. It's a look back at the President's final months on Cape Cod, a place that was so dear to him and his family.
